VETERINARY TECHNICIANS

Natalie
Delgado, Practice Manager
Natalie has been in the veterinary field
for 10 years. She began her career here
at the Schaumburg Veterinary Hospital in
2003 as a Technician and is now the
Practice Manager.
Natalie
enjoys traveling, painting,
and drawing. She lives with
her husband Brian, their son
Cypress, and her Maine
Coons, Bandit and Helen.

Christina
Spierling, Veterinary
Technician
Tina
has been a part of our team
since 2006. She has 4 great
cats named Merlin, Minnie,
Shorty, and Lu.
She
also has a dog named Nikki.
In her spare time, she
enjoys painting, taking
nature hikes, and spending
time with her family.

Jessica Hornung, Veterinary
Technician
Jessica
has been working as a
veterinary technician for
four years and became a
member of the Schaumburg
Veterinary Hospital team in
2011. She is very passionate
about her job and loves
animals of all kinds!
Jessica has many pets, some
of which include her 3 cats,
a ball python, a fish and a
rescued sheltie named
Clifford. Outside of the
clinic, Jessica is a DJ and
travels the country to
perform. She feels very
fortunate to be able to
pursue careers in the two
things she loves most -
animals and music. Jessica
is very excited to be part
of our team! |

Kirsten Bichel, Veterinary
Assistant
Kirsten has been a
Veterinary Assistant since
2010. She is always up for
a challenge and loves the
hands-on experience of
working with animals.
When
she is not working, she is a
full-time mom and student
working toward a Veterinary
Technician Certificate,
which she will complete this
spring.

Rebecca
Endres, Veterinary Assistant
Rebecca
has been working as a
Veterinary Assistant for a
year, but has been working
with animals for the past 6
years. She spends her time
off with her cats Oliver,
Bert, and Rusty, and her two
turtles, Calypso and Erne.
Rebecca is currently
working toward her
Veterinary Technician and
Animal Health Care
Certificates. Providing
animal health care is
Rebecca’s true passion.

Shari Martinko, Veterinary
Assistant
Shari has been with the
Schaumburg Veterinary
Hospital since 2010.
She is a full time student
at Elgin Community College
working toward a degree.
Her
spare time is enjoyed with
her family and her four
dogs; Lady, George, Duke,
and Sierra. Shari also
plays a wide range of
sports, and cooks.

Angela
Berry, Kennel Staff/Veterinary Assistant
Angela has been working at the
Schaumburg Veterinary Hospital for the
past four years, but has been involved
in veterinary medicine for six.
In her free time,
Angela enjoys baking and the company of
her two dogs, Cash and Sadie.

Tammy Hudson, Veterinary
Technician
Tammy
has been working with Dr.
Bloomberg for 3 years. She
has two cats, Viggo and
Jasper, and a dog named Jim.
Tammy likes to keep busy
with her daughter and enjoys
cooking and gardening. |

Sami Rubin, Kennel
Staff/Veterinary Assistant
Sami has been working with
animals for many years and
has owned a wide variety of
them including a manatee.
She currently has a dog
Maya, a cat Skylar, a guinea
pig Zoey, and four fish
tanks.
Outside
of work Sami enjoys dancing
and horseback riding.
She started with Schaumburg
Veterinary Hospital in 2011
and is excited to start
training as a technician.

Nikki Ristow, Veterinary
Assistant
Nikki
started with Schaumburg
Veterinary Hospital last
December after working as a
technician for six years at
another animal hospital.
She is currently attending
Northeastern Illinois
University to complete her
bachelors in biology, and
plans to graduate in May.
Nikki
has a lot of experience
raising kittens and has
volunteered at
organizations. |
